Just wondering if anyone knows of a way to pull up your mod index in-game instead of having to exit the game(alt + tab isnt very friendly with my install of fo3) and check fomm?

Sometimes it's possible to determine the load order of a specific mod from ingame, aside from mods that are designed to do this. Find a static, activator or NPC added by the mod, or a placed item that was placed by the mod and not yet picked up. Open the console and click what you found. The first two digits will be the load order unless it's 00 or 99.
