Hi, I was wondering how to even access the Z.cfg file to enable magic repair and cheats? I have tried to access it and my computer says that I don't have the program to access it. Help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if this is posted in the wrong forum please let me know. Thanks.

Open it with Notepad.
