Is it ok to talk about Fallout: Online here?

Sorry if it is against the rules to post this in these forums just want to see what people think. I was just doing some research and noticed that Bethesda is going through legal disputes with Interplay about Fallout:Online. I think it is a pretty big low blow on Bethesda's part to give Interplay the "Trademark" then after they are well into production sue them saying they had no right to make the game. I love Bethesda they are my gaming heroes that is why I never thought I would see them trying to line their pockets by tricking Interplay into making a game against their rights! But WTF guys? Just give them the rights. What do you guys think about all this?

Here is an article I was reading.

Besides the fact that the article sounds somewhat biased, poorly informed and one sided, there are two sides to the arguement.

Hower, since it's an ongoing legal situation, it's not permitted due to lack of actual information and bias of some users. (and some other reasons)

That sums it up well. We did try to maintain a thread about this when the legal dispute first started but despite a massive moderator presence the thread was having considerable problems staying civil and on topic.
