Why aren't citizens in Colovia regularly seen wearing colovian fur helmets?

Sure, they are silly. But, they exist. Are there mods that fix this fashion faux pas?

Well, I searched for "colovian" on tesnexus, and http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14546 was the file with the most endorsemants.

The question really is: are they fur helmets as worn in Colovia, or just helmets made from Colovian fur? My take is that there are plenty of fur-bearing critters around, most of which attack you and end up dead. So making helmets out of their fur is just avoiding waste. But wear the silly things? Please!!

Probably very similar to Bavarian leather trousers (lederhosen). Used to be "fashionable" in that region, but now nobody wears them anymore.
We should give some to the elderly Colovian farmers and hunters, and to some Bosmer tourists.
