Let's give this thread at least a couple of days before starting a thread #2. This seems to have gotten really heated, and I'm not really happy at the personal level some of these arguments were based on at times, to be honest. In the future, it's always nice if everyone can keep in mind to debate the points, and not the person. Time for everyone to take a break and cool down a bit. This was getting pretty circular at the end, anyway.
