Facial makeover mod?

Post » Tue May 17, 2011 4:33 am

I downloaded a retexture for the faces in the game, but all it appeared to do for me was take ugly faces and add a better texture to the. Is there an overhaul mod that makes the peoples faces look a little more realistic? They all look a little strange to me, lol. (BTW, yes, I searched the Nexus, bit only got more texture mods. Nothing looked to me like it would really alter their faces and make them a little more believable.

Yup, a few actually, http://www.dreamingthepyramid.net/TNR-home.html being my favorite.
Aaand..bugger, I can't find the others.
Too tired to search more for it.
You should have a look around the TNR site, see what it's about and if it fits your taste.

Edit:
Yup, that's what I get for too much searching and being to slow.

I use http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21104 Races, which includes all of TNR and adds many new hairstyles and eyes for your character and NPCs.

http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=30140 covers the ugly faces of some NPCs with beards.

TNR is your best bet. The problem is the faces in the game are all a bit cartoonish. Heads are too big and too round, this kind of thing.

Beth created more realistic faces in Fallout 3 and I hope the next TES game incorporates this.

But not many of them look like a Sunday morning cartoon. ;)

Also TNR has the benefit of there still being ugly NPCs... except instead of looking unnatural, they just have wrinkles and stuff.

Also added to http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?showtopic=1072579.
