Well, I reinstalled a few days ago and I found myself wanting to play a japanese-like warrior monk, with focus on both spears and unarmed combat, but unfortunately I can't seem to get my guy's looks close to what I had in mind.

Are there any mods that introduce armor (or rather, robes) that look somewhat like this?

Right now I'm using the sandals from Fliggerty's fine clothiers mod (and I'll probably find some other neat items to use), but that alone won't do. I also added all the necessary combat mods to make hand to hand and unarmored useful.

Also, any other mods that could fit would be appreciated, like a companion, weapons or spells, or even a house.

Yep, I searched and check out most of those mods, unfortunately most are for "european" type of monks and they mostly tweak gameplay aspects rather than add items for them.
Sometimes non-class specific mods happen to have clothes that fit different situations and classes, so thats why I'm asking.



Hm, looks OK, but the armor isn't compatible with BB it seems.
I downloaded ronin's akaviri armor but that's not really what I'm looking for.

I was going to suggest the Akaviri Armor, but if that's not what you're looking for, then I'm confused.

Well, akaviri armor is more like samurai armor, the monk's clothes are more like a robe with a turban.
