Feel free to vote on multiple items but please try to pick the most important to you rather than placing a checkmark in every box.

Thanks,

It's impossible to vote for one category while not casting votes in other categories.

I would have liked to vote for all of the features, but left the tutorials blank. While tutorials would be nice, I wouldn't want them sacrificing any development time to implement mod tutorials. The best mods are made by people who would likely be able to figure it out anyway (perhaps I'm wrong I admit).

Usually when game companies try to cater to people to allow anyone to make modes, they restrict modding features outrageously. A prime example of this is the Spore Adventure creator. A big pet peeve of mine of those "friendly" editors is the tendency to hide numerical values and exact coordinates from the user replacing them with drag and drop positioning and simple sliders. In the best case it's the same tools the developers use plus cool tutorials, but I don't want development time sapped away to make said tutorials.

It definitely needs to be easier to make new animations. Using vanilla animations in Fallout 3 for custom guns that didn't fit the animation wasn't very cool.

If it does, it would probably only be 3ds max. I just hope it will be documented or open for community developers to make plugins for other tools that the community uses like Blender.

EDIT: The poll results are interesting so far.

I would like to try modding eventually and a tutorial would be useful although I'd probably be able to figure it out sooner or later.

I just need them to show me where all the basic functions of the tool is and then I can do the rest.
