Traits based on six

On this earth mankind has created societies of cooperative individuals. Unfortunately as a byproduct of living in these societies false and strange opinions and ideals become fact through a form of dictated democracy. These strange phenomena tend to dictate the lives of most, if not all people living in the society and merge them into the social norm. This process tends to occur subconciously and is rarely relevant to any other social structure or even to life outside the sociatle bubble. Unfortunately since social conditioning tends to override personality, logic, or even survival in the average human being they can cause people to do things cometely out of character or reason quite frequently. Aka muscly women are not attractive in today's society, therefore there are very few.

lol what in God's name are you talking about?

How about this... play a sport. Box. Wrestle. Play football.

Or if you are not athletically inclined take a few biology, anatomy and biochemistry courses. Thats all I will say on that matter. You have taken an almost exclusive psychological approach to your reasoning and in turn, you have forgotten that there are very tangible and measurable reasons and examples of sixual differences. If you think you can argue otherwise, then please do. I haven't had a good laugh today.

Real world, there is little difference between men and women in athletics except at the extremes. Sure, ultimate strength/speed would generaly go a male, but for most athletic events, women are not far from parity with men. Intelligence and other factors are not really different between men and women. Women do tend ot think in relationships where men tend to think in a more linear fasion, but that may be more socialization than any inherent quality.

What Bethesda could do is come up with traits that are not necessarily male or female, but maybe something along the lines of a trait that lowers strength but gives better healing or increased agility at a cost of reduced strength. This way the player can apply the traits as they see fit to the character.

er..........science and the medical community would disagree with you. women have significantly lower endurance and upper body strength than men. the army gave women additional training above and beyond the normal training and on the top 10% of women matched the middle and lower ranks of men. the canadians had 100 some women recruits and only 1 passed. submarines the same thing. zero, nada, zilch women could pass the three highest strength drills for emergencies on board where you have to lift pumps.

as for in game its not a concern of mine. oblivion had minor differences but the level caps were the same and i dont see any real reason to change it. if we wanted that kind of realism there would be alot of people that play female characters screaming bloody murder at why they can only carry half of the weight that the male characters can.

This thread is a real cesspool of potential trouble that is already rearing its ugly head here and there. As I believe it has ran its course and the people who wanted have made their points, I'm going to go ahead and close this one up.
