Hi. I've bought 3 upgrades for Battlehorn (Dwemer Forge, Barracks, Training Room). I only recently started putting stuff in the room and I'm planning on using the containers, too.

My question is, if I upgrade, will it switch states and delete all the stuff that was there, in a particular place or perhaps the whole place?

I'm asking because I read on UESP that in Benirus Manor, if you had put stuff in containers before the curse was lifted, when it was lifted, the stuff would be gone. I was wondering if it was the same with all house upgrades, BH Castle or not.

I don't know if this happens with other houses. To be safe, I think you should first buy the upgrade for the bedroom, or any other room you think you will be using as storage, then store items in it.

Would it also matter if stuff was lying loose on the tables/shelves?
