"reset" your character : Fallout 3

I am currently playing a small guns/sneak character. Is there a way to reset my character's SPECIAL points and skill points so I can spend them again?

Hmmm, there is a mod that places a terminal in Pinkerton's work area that allows you reconfigure Perks. I would suggest a description search on Nexus.

I found a few, but none of them will reset your skill points according to what SPECIAL points you chose. Is there a way to change what skills you tagged?

This mod is a new take on the level cap remover, it resets your level, stats, skills, karma and XP to level 1, resets the wasteland zones to match your new level and leaves all your quests, perks, equipment, skillbooks and bobbleheads intact.
