Firemoth_Sailor Silm-Dar is missing after battle

I know this has happened to me before, years ago.

Returning to the ship after killing the Lich and his minions, the boat captain is gone. I'm standing there with four ciphers and no way to get them home.

I tried PlaceAtPC "Firemoth_Sailor",1,1,1 and ended up with two of them appearing. One took us (well, except for the stray cat) back to Seyda Neen. The other copy remained behind (I went back and checked--he was still there).

I tried waiting three days. No luck.

I tried "ra". Did nothing.

Any idea how to fix this?

Has Siege at Firemoth given anyone else fits like this? Even if the boat captain was still around, the Khajiit Archer J'Hanir doesn't take the boat back to Seyda Neen! I remember swimming back to get him, and swimming to Seyda Neen while protecting him from slaughterfish. Somebody really goofed up this mod bad.

We need a "After You Get Though Seige at Firemoth You Can Go Back and It Won't Look Like New Jersey" mod. Or maybe a way to turn it into a player stronghold?

So what's the problem... two NPCs when there should be only one? simply disable the other one.(open the console -> click on him -> type disable)

Well, the root of the problem is that the scripting for the boat captain must be screwed. The boat captain Silm-Dar (firemoth_sailor) doesn't stay with the ship. You return from the big battle without a way home.

I "fixed" that by creating another firemoth_sailor. Problem is, while I typed placeatpc "firemoth_sailor",1,1,1, the game made TWO of them appear. After one took the group back to Seyda Neen, there was a copy still at Firemoth.

AND the Khajiit Archer J'Hanir was ALSO left behind (he doesn't take the ship back).

There is also an empty boat the the dock of Seyda Neen with no captain.

Lots of sloppy scripting.

Clicking on one of these guys and typing disable will make him disappear?

I haven't play this mod in years so I don't really remember much about it. You need not be concerning yourself with those NPCs if you're done with them.
