How is this for my SPECIALs?

Ok, I made a character last night to test it out, however I somewhat cheated. I forgot I was using mods to make skill advancement less.... homosixual stupid, and I ended up being stupidly overpowered at level 3. So I am somewhat at a loss as what to do for SPECIALs. This is mainly due to me using FWE, and i'v been playing New Vegas alot, which doesn't seem to put as much importance on accurate SPECIALs (between implants and, in general it being easier to handle on hardcoe, than FWE is on Fallout 3.

So i'v come to you guys asking advice! I'v got my basic build down. My characters tag's are Sneak, Guns and Unarmed. The only thing worrying me is unarmed with FWE having a higher global damage means, well. Unless the guy DOESN'T pick his gun back up (they always do), I'm going to be half dead before I even get near the guy. I'd love to use Unarmed because in New Vegas it is awesome (And I plan on, after playing FO3 again with this character, using the same look // style // etc for another playthrough in New Vegas).

So far, my SPECIALs are::

S - 5
P - 4
E - 8
C - 4
I - 7
A - 8
L - 5

They are somewhere around that. I figure i'd need a high endurance if I'm ever going to be anywhere near trying to sneak up on people to hit them, or for close quarters like inside.
Feel free to completely rework them ^^.

No reworking needed. Looks like a solid Unarmed build. Too bad you can't sprint in this game, so you can get closer faster. There are unique spiked knuckles called Plunkett's Valid Points, which cannot be repaired with any other knuckle, or anything! But they give you more crit hits than any other unarmed weapon out there. You find them at a certain location, on a certain person after taking the Lawbringer Perk.

I got FWE, which adds a sprint to the game :). It also adds "Tackle" perk, which if I hit someone while sprinting, it knocks them down.
I forgot about sprinting to, for closing the gap. Thanks for reminding me ^^.

And looks like I won't get those Knuckles because i'm going to do the Arfeyu or whatever the place is called. I want to be one of "them", with the cannibal perk. heh.

I would have a much higher Perception, especially if you want to sneak up on enemies.

Also, higher Luck is always best because it adds to all traits at once as well as determines outcomes of certain activities (e.g., critical hit chance).

Just my suggestions, though.

I always put 9 in intelligence, and 6 in either perception if I plan to use energy weapons, or agility if I plan to use small guns. I always get the intelligence bobble head as soon as possible as well, knocking INT up to 10 for max skill points. This works for every character I've ever made without any problems.
