They are both free, if you didn't know. Get DOSBox http://www.dosbox.com/

Then go to the Elder Scrolls site and download Arena. There is a sticky in this forum that tells you how to run it. Also, this http://www.uesp.net/wiki/General%3a%50laying_DOS_Installments_under_DOSBox

It is an emulator to run old games on your modern PC/OS X/Linux etc.
