I bought the Fallout Trilogy and I need help figuring out the controls. Basically how do you repair and heal yourself. Knowing how to target body parts would be nice too. So any guidence would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

On the bottom of the screen you see your weapon you have equipped, rightclick on it until you get a dartboard in one of the corners called AIM, that will allow you to target body parts.
You cannot target body parts if you took the Fast Shot trait though.

To heal yourself with First Aid or Doctor: On the bottom right side of the screen is something called a "skilldex", press that red button and a bunch of skills pop up, press FA or Doctor and then click on your character.

Ok first get a hammer. If you want to click on something hit the hammer on the screen of where you want to click on. It works like a champ.

Alternatively press "Z" to rest. This doesnt work everywhere and there are some locations where you would be stupid to do so.

Well the tips have already been posted, so no need to repeat them, but I have an honest question...

Did the trilogy not come with a manual for each game? Did you search the CD/DVD for any PDF manuals?

Here is http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=33, (one of the best game manuals I've ever read).

There is one unintuitive tip though... When Fallout was made, they did not originally plan for NPC companions, but they hacked them in later.
The game's interface has no obvious way to trade items back & forth with them without having to pay them to give back your stuff.

The game simply has your companions ignore attempts to steal from them; and that's how you trade with them.

The box included just the disc and I'm not finding any read me file. I could just not know where to look either. Thank you for the link. It's been a great help.
