Vault 101 Distress Call : Fallout 3

So basically I've pretty much beat the whole game and I even beat 3 DLCs Operation Anchorage broken steel and Mothership Zeta and I've completed every single quest and I still haven't received the distress call from Amata . I always go to vault 101 to see if I pick it up but I haven't gotten it . Can someone help? What should I do?
Had this happened to anyone else ?

Not with this quest, but it did with Nuka Cola quest. Have you tried opening the Vault Door?

Yes and all it says is I don't know the new password to open it

You get it after escorting scientists from JM. Then if you don't answer it at some point in the MQ it disappears (Vault 82?)
