(RELz) Strength Requirement for Big Guns

The mod adds a SPECIAL requirement for Power Armor. While you might think, yet another requirement mod? Yes, yet another one ;) You will need a combined Strength and Endurance of 15 to be able to wear PA, on top of the vanilla restrictions. If you use these two mods together, you will really have to focus on creating a Big Gun wealding Power Armor wearing soldier. No more jack of all trades.

I orrignally intended to just add penaltys, but this works better for PA.

Hmm... Not sure I agree with the penalty for PA.
As I see it the whole purpose of having "Powered" armor is to augment the strength of the wearer and allow him to support the additional weight of armor and heavy weaponry. In my game I have modded PA to a weight of 130lbs, but also added a strength and carry increase to compensate for this, making the wearer a metal augmented tank, stronger but less agile. I had actaully envisioned PA as a way that weaker characters could use heavier weapons.

On another note, one way around the problem of Energy based Gatling lasers avoiding the penalty might be to switch the check from weapon type to weight. The heavier the weapon the bigger the penalty.

I like that idea, there are quite a few larger small guns and energy weapons that should have penalties but not as bad as the minigun, or in the case of the gatling laser, it should have as hefty an accuracy penalty as a minigun.

Although, that being said, the miniguns accuracy penalty would mainly be due to hellish recoil rather than weight. The gatling laser would have no recoil.
