But as I've said before, the likelihood of Bethesda releasing the game less than a year before the announcement seems very slim when you consider that Morrowind, Oblivion and Fallout 3 all took 1 1/2- 2 years to be released after their announcements, or after the first time Beth released a screenshot of the game, which is what I consider the announcement of Fallout 3. If the game is announced, say, 5 minutes after this post, it's entirely possible that it could be released in Fall 2011, but any sooner than that isn't very likely.

Which is essentially what I was getting at. So thanks for reiterating the point that I reiterated which was originally iterated by you. You seemingly have a way of getting a point across that I lack.

Yeah, kinda, but really all you need to know about trademarks at this point is that Zenimax has some called "Skyrim".
