No but you could place a collision box over it (it's invisible in-game) and use that.

edit. Actually I suppose you could make a custom door/activator using a sigil stone mesh.

In the Object Window go to WorldObjects/Door.
Right-click on an item and select 'New'.
Name it something meaningful. It's convenient to prefix the name with 'aaa' to make it easier to find.
Change the nif path to the sigil stone model.
Change sounds to something that appeals.
Close the dialog.
Click and drag your new door to the Render Window to place it.

I'm pretty new to this myself but I've used this method successfully.

Actually if you use the Great Sigil stone mesh and set it up as a door the collision is already there since it is already used as a door in game ! - Went ahead and tested to make sure it works properly by adding 2 in aleswell to teleport between -- http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc189/JDFanning_bucket/sigildoor.jpg

and to see the meshes you need to unpack them from the BSA files using a progrram like BSA commander or similar - the CS can not use the files while packaged inside BSAs

Mmmm. It should open in your meshes folder (Oblivion\Data\Meshes). In any case, you probably need to extract the sigil stone mesh from Oblivion - Meshes.bsa. Although I'm quite happy to help I think you could do with a good tutorial in CS basics. http://www.invision.tesalliance.org/forums/index.php?/forum/82-esiv-oblivion-classes/ has some excellent ones.

edit. Obsolete post thanks to JDFan :)

Its because you did not unpack the meshes to the correct folder.

They must be in \Oblivion\data\meshes\...
