Since Mehrunes Dagon in another Daedric Prince do you reckon he should have a Shrine in Skyrim and you could possibly get the Daerdic Crescent for completing his shrine quest, good idea?

He should definitely get a shrine. The MD probably dissipated after his defeat in Oblivion so his cultists would probably be some very angry followers but that is it.

I do think the reward should be a Daedric Croissant instead though. Yum.

Besides, I feel bad for Dagon. He was trying to save Nirn but [censored] Alduin was all like "Yo fool, I curse you to no longer be a leaper demon prince, you must destroy all that you have hidden from me before you can jump again! Oh coming back into the world is gonna be a [censored] for you to do." Then Dagon was all like "Aww man that svcks, It will take me forever to destroy all I have hidden. Especially if I can only come back in difficult ways!"

Edit* I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Mehrunes Dagon was on the Dovahkiin's side. Since he and the greedy man were trying to destroy Alduin way back in the day.

The PC and Mehrunes team up to take on Alduin and then for the expansion pack, we take on Tosh Raka.

The Mythic Dawn aren't the only worshippers of Mehrunes Dagon, you know...

Yes, I'd say that Mehrunes Dagon should get a shrine in Skyrim, probably the reason why we didn't see a quest for him in Oblivion is because he is an antagonist in the main questline, and Bethesda decided it would be strange for the player to do a quest for the entity who is supposed to be your enemy. Skyrim has no such problem, and I see no reason Mehrunes Dagon shouldn't have a quest, though I do agree Mehrunes Razor seems a more appropriate reward, because it's more iconic of Mehrunes Dagon, since it's named after him. When I hear "Daedric Crescent", I just think of a generic Daedric weapon that happens to be crescent shaped. Not that I'd complain if the Daedric Crescent appeared in Skyrim, but if it does, I'd say it should be acquired through a different means, in Morrowind for example you could get it by using a unique amulet found in Tel Fyr, which would teleport you to an otherwise inaccessable Daedric Shrine where you'd fight a Dremora who uses it, and if you won, you'd return to the tower with the Daedric Crescent added to your inventory.

He might appear in Skyrim, but for all we know he might still be sulking after been vanquished and such.
