It hasn't been announced and probably won't have multiplayer because Bethesda is mainly focused on single player rpgs. You could have at least searched through this very sub-forum. No, there is none announced, but Beth just recently stated that they've been working on something new for two years at least, not with id Engine 5, because that one does not fit first person if the game it uses goes deeper than direct action. Draw your own conclusions time!
