Has anyone found the talking radio at the exslaves hideout? : Fallout 3

After the quest, Temple of the union, I went back to it. The Ham radio was on the cieling instead of the 2nd floor where it was. I hit on, and it replied back "Hi" hit it again and something like "what do you want", etccc. We could never get it to do it again in replays. Just curious is all. Kinda creepy.

I think I've heard of a glitch like this before. Occasionally, certain radios "respond" when you activate them. I haven't actually seen it myself though.
