What does it do? Clearly, it says 'telekinesis,' but all I can do with the staff is

1) nothing except a small purple light.
2) summon a scamp that's useless.

It′s as the spell. You use it to move stuff around, like weapons, books etc. And if it′s a regular Telekinesis staff it doesn′t summon anything
