I know Dragonskin Tactical Outfit has a balaclava, but not sure about that partial one. It's familiar, though. Seeing as the mod author listed that image maybe you could ask him? Especially if it's not included in his mod.

I saw this one the other day when I was looking for something else. It doesn't look exactly like the one in the pic MystykStar posted, but I couldn't get yours to come up, but it looks very similar.

i've seen that mod before its pretty glitchy if you have largger face for your player
