Spontaneous Creation?

Was no one in Oblivion every born and just made spontaneously? I mean really, there aren't any kids to be seen so I don't think pregnancy and birth exist.

Gotta use your imagination. Kids, pregnancy, and child birth are referenced a few times throughout the games. They weren't included before because it's a game series where you can kill everyone, and killing children is just wrong.

So is mentioning it, so you might wanna edit it out.
What Velorien said , (minus the bad part) sums it up quite nicely

I don't think that just mentioning that its wrong is against the rules. Its not like Velorien is suggesting it be implemented in future games.

Its been suggested that Kids are in Skyrim, so you won't have to imagine for long ;)

Unless there is something in Skyrim akin to the "death cucco attack" from the legend of zelda series...attacking a kid instantly destroys your character in a very bloody way. x_x

Somewhere in Tamriel there are concentration camps where children are kept until they reach 18. Explains why all the NPCs are so stupid about attacking Minotaur Lords with iron daggers, or the Count of Cheydinhal's son leaping into lava after a stunted scamp.

Not only that, they killed every child except him. He was kept alive as a reminder why this happened

I thought they did that when Glarthir was five and told the guards that his parents were plotting to kill him.
