So what does this mod do?
It adds a minigun into the world. This is no ordinary minigun.
This minigun has a very low random percent chance of shooting a rocket. While it shoots the rocket, it also uses the ammo of the rocket. If you have no rockets in your inventory then it's the same as the standard minigun.
So where do you get this gun?
You get this gun in the Citadel Lab. Next to the terminal connected to Liberty Prime. To get the gun, you will need to have 1000 caps ready. Otherwise you can't take the gun. The gun is owned by you, and you won't get in trouble for taking it.
One final note however, this mod requires v1 or higher of FOSE.

It actually isn't all that overpowered. It generally happens twice a clip that you fire a missile. And you still use missiles.
I do recommend not to use this indoors.
