I've finally found Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics. How long are these games? I'm going to try to do a speed run till the NV DLC is released I figured, I need more background on this, I've read much about the story and gameplay of these but was waiting till I could find them all (eBay and friends old copies ^_^ friends are my favorite things) Any tips?

Depends on how good you are at games. Fallout is not that long but it does not hold your hand. Fallout 2 is longer then Fallout and it will also not hold your hand. Tactics is a different animal and it can be a long road depending on how you do the missions.

Like any games: Save often and make different saves. Don't save over the same one over and over. Ask questions and you will get answers. Good luck and have fun :fallout:

FO1&2 can be finished in about 1 maybe 1 1/2 hours, but then you must know the key-elements of the game. FO1 might even be finished faster because of its smaller size.

Personally I don't fancy speedruns, takes away the immersion into the game. I see speedruns more like a challenge, something you can do after beating the game a couple of times.
