There's an ability called Combat Intuition and it allows the character to know if an enemy can see him/her. My question Is that if an enemy operative that's disguised sees you will the player be notified?
I'm fairly certain all forms of enemies including disguised operatives will "set off the little alarm in your head", so I'm guessing yes. But thats all it is a guess.

I think any answers would be guesses at this point. I stand to be corrected. But I would presume it would tell you an enemy has spotted you even if that enemy was in disguise. As a matter of fact, I'd guess that is probably the primary purpose of the ability.
if all it tells you is "an enemy has you in their sights" that isn't going to help you identify who the person is, unless they're the only person in line of sight.
Yeah, if the operative was in the middle of a big group of allies, you wouldn't know who was the operative, and you couldn't just shoot them all - you lose EXP for shooting teammates.

Definitely won't help you identify them. But its not an attack ability, it's a defensive one. The warning makes you react and move before you get shot. It still gets you away from a disguised enemy before he shoots...whether you know it was him or not.

You guys are mistaken it only works if the enemy is pointing his weapon at you. Not line of sight.

Wraith is correct. So someone can sneak up on you without sighting you and still mow you down at the last second. It just lets you freak out and run if someone's trying to line up head shots basically. Which is useful.

In addition, do we really need this ability to become a pseudo Spy Check? I already don't see disguises being that useful in gametypes with Friendly Fire off, just shoot a suspicious team mate and you'll find out pretty if he's an Operative or not.

I think also mines are a good anti spy counter measure. If you see someone "on your team" see some mines in a hallway and turn around and avoid them. Or jump them. Because I think your real teammates won't set them off.

Your paying a lot of attention to a place that is supposedly guarded. What if FF is on?
