Bloodmoon

I met this guy Hrud who's son is lost. I agreed to find him. I did and took him back to Skall. Now they are next to each other but I don't get a journal update or dialoge to end quest. Any suggestions?

Try typing resetactors into the console menu.

Press the tilde key (next to the 1) to bring it up.

You will have to escort the son again i would assume but it might fix the problem.

It's been a few years since I've played Bloodmoon, but I can honestly say that I've never heard of either one of these NPCs.

This sounds mod related...

It's been a few years since I've played Bloodmoon, but I can honestly say that I've never heard of either one of these NPCs.

It might help to leave and re-enter the cell a couple of times, too. I've also occasionally had to walk loops around the target character to hit the right spot.

Also, if this is added by a mod and they didn't drop an activator in the area, you might have to talk to each of the characters.

To find out what mod the NPCs come from, you can open the console with the tilde (~) key, click one of the NPCs, and then enter the "ori" command (without the quotes) into the console.
