I want to start another character, who is going to have high infamy and be "evil" for role-playing purpose. Can anybody advise me any mods that would be suitable for "dark" characters, such as factions, races, armor, weapons, castles etc

If you mean evil as in thievery, there are many mods that take up that purpose.

I'm not exactly sure if you want evil evil or evil/assassin/thief type but those are the three that are most memorable that would be general. I had an assassin thief and if you want more suggestions in that area I have more (house mods that would fit and also more thieving mods).
