Ok, i set up a vendor using the bethesda tutorial and followed it to the letter but my vendor has no item to sell and like 12 caps, i stocked his container with items but none of them show. So if anyone could diagnose my problem that would be great.

On the NPC's reference page, on the Merchant Container tab, did you link your container to the NPC?
