ok how do i turn this http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=31082176&id=1590747838 picture of the female power armor into a mod i checked tutorials none say how to make a mod just how to modify in game stuff yet i see halo armor etc in mods so there has to be a way to do it should be picture 1 of the 3 the others are future mods after i figure out how to make first one

2. You need a 3D modeling program to make armors and manipulate 3D objects.

Ok, please fill me in on how to create a usable mod. I just need to know how to activate it, save it, and stuff like that.

When you save a mod it should save as an ESP file. If its not then you probably are running vista or Win7, and you installed the game and GECK in the default location, IE, your problem.

No. The GECK is how the developers made the game.
You need other programs to make new 3D objects in the game, like new armor or weapons.

Why don't you go through the beginner video tutorials?

Ok, So I got my safe that I made to appear in my house, now a few days later (today) I made a special suit of armor and a weapon, :gun: I had my safe loaded in GECK, made my armor and wep, put them in the safe, saved it as a new save, and it doesn't appear in my safe in game, It says Safe [Empty]. It is an active mod, it loads after my safe but it doesn't appear. :brokencomputer:
