After having read many books, playing Daggerfall through Oblivion, and wishing I could write out ideas of my own, I have decided to join a roleplay forum. I haven't really roleplayed before, but I have read illusionary's guide (which seems to be a bunch of common sense really), and want to try it out.

Are there any new roleplays out there that wont require me having to review for twenty minutes on what is happening, that would take me?

I think there's a pirate one starting up. Other than that I'm not sure, though I suppose if you want to join existing ones you can just PM the starter.

Also since you like to read, I highly recommend the fanfictions here. They're so well written

Great RP with a good solid foundation and good members. It doesn't go too fast either. I say you check it out.

Don't you know it is required to put in a sarcastic remark about self advertising when doing so, Wooly? Take, for instance, the ever popular "/shameless plug".

I know for a fact that Echoes of the Tower is looking for some fresh blood, as several of the players have mysteriously disappeared. Shouldn't be too hard to join in, the story hasn't really started yet.
