Power Supply question

Darn dogs chewed up my power suply again for my laptop. Before I had a blue tipped power supply. I am using my wifes cord to recharge my laptop. It is a yellow tip and everthing seems to be working. I just want to make sure if everything will be ok.

Blue tip adapter, Input 100-240V~50/60Hz1.5A Output 19V 4.74 A
Yellow tip adapter, Input 100-240V~1.6A (1.6A) 50-60Hz Output 19V 3.42A (3.42A)

It almost looks the same to me and it is working I have power, but I want to make sure.
