loves staying in taverns for nights because they have a cozy feel to them.
only kills when NECESARRY: need armor or am about to be killed by them, otherwise just steals
steals but not kills
likes snowy atmosphere

fights with combo of fire spells and sword
starts a fight by loosening them up with a stealth bow and arrow attack

Khulain. Redguard warrior who's birthsign (the Atronach) gave him powers he didn't truly understand. He abandoned his duties to the Imperial armies to satisfy the lust for arcane power that burned within him. He came across a dark mage who took him in as his apprentice and taught him dark magical arts (summoning of spirits and harvesting of souls). Khulain found himself limited in his arcane powers, and found that he needed a constant source of "fuel" for his arcane powers. His mentor taught him about Welkynd Stones, and Khulain began traveling across Cyrodiil in search of Welkynd Stones. He was eventually found by the Imperial Legion, weakened after going for an extended period of time without Welkynd Stones. The Legion took him in and imprisoned him for abandoning his duties to the Imperial Legion.

After hearing the Emperor's plea during Septim's attempted escape from assassins, Khulain wanted to do his part to save the Empire, as he is still loyal in his heart to the Empire. But now freed, he is also again tempted to resume developing his arcane powers, after years of imprisonment.

As such, Khulain is torn between defeating the armies of Oblivion and defending the Empire, and venturing off to satisfy his own lust for power.

RP wise, I am doing the main quest, Mage's Guild, Dark Brotherhood, and various sidequests that advance the goals of gaining power. The only dungeons I typically explore with this character are Ayelied Ruins and Oblivion Gates, as other dungeons (forts, caves, etc) don't advance the goal of fueling arcane power or defending Cyrodiil from the threat from Oblivion.

Currently: Sir Nothing from Nowhere...seriously...OB burnout :( Not that I've had time. I sleep all day, and work in a giant furnace for a living.

Hides-His=Eyes, Argonian Mercenary. Refuses to wear a helmet, not least because it messes up his spines. Currently he's wearing: Green Robe Hood, Full Chainmail w/ Chorrol Cuirass (Stolen from a Chorrol Guard he murdered for the Silver Longsword to kill a ghost, figured the armor was better than his current one) and is using aforementioned Silver Longsword, but sorely misses his Steel Claymore with the extra range. So far all I've really done is explore dungeons and done a few quests, like The Gravefinder's Repose. I expect he'll help the Empire in his own time, as well as the Fighter's Guild. Almost forgot, he's my first character without fast travel!

I have about a dozen characters that I play. The one I was most recently playing (right before I took a break and ended up here) is a Redguard named Claudia (see my sig). She's easy-going and sort of naive. She wandered around Cyrodiil for a while, just sort of taking in the sights and meeting people, then she fell into the Thieves Guild. She never liked the thieving part of it that much and generally only stole from jerks, but she loved the stealth aspect of it all. She rose through the ranks and eventually took over the guild, only to discover that somehow she had gained a shadowy reputation and people were suspicious of her and even outright hostile to her. She had a really hard time with that and finally left the city to sulk in the wilderness for a while and try to figure out what she was going to do to redeem herself. On one of her rare trips into town, she heard about an attack on a temple in Anvil. What she saw there broke her heart and she set out to try to help in any way she could. Along the way, she discovered that she had managed to redeem herself in the eyes of the people of Cyrodiil and she's found a new passion for life. She's currently outside an ancient ruin, surrounded by knights, preparing for a final battle with a great evil.

Before that, I was playing an Orc named Lud gro-Dalum. He came to Cyrodiil from Orsinium as an adventurer, collecting treasure as tribute to Gortwog. Before he even made it off of City Isle though, while cleaning out Dzonot Cave, he came across the corpse of one of his fellow adventurers. The realization that that Orc had, as he had, journeyed all the way to Cyrodiil to seek treasure, then had merely ended up a cold heap on a cave floor shook him. He decided then that he had to make his way through Cyrodiil on his own terms, for his own good. He's currently honing his skills and preparing himself. He prefers light armor and has developed a particular liking for archery. He's not quite sure what he's going to do with his life, but he knows it's not going to be just as simple as gathering treasure and hoping not to die.

And of course there are more, but I'll just leave it at that.....

Natalia the Spell Sword. Shes a monster hunter who loves exploring dungeons to discover their secrets and exterminate the foul horrors which dwell within that skulk out on many a storm tormented night to plague the innocent. She is of imperial descent and her first loyalties are to the empire. So if upon finding some rare artifact of an untold mysterious age she will without hesitation hand over the relic to said proper imperial authorities for study.

Banden Redoran, the son of a House Redoran council member, and as all Redorans he is a skilled warrior. After murdering a Hlaalo house-father he was sent to the Imperial City for his trial.
He escaped from prison the Emperor fleed the city, but was hesitant of aiding the Empire that had conqered his homeland so long ago.
He made easy money in the Arena and joined the Figthers Guild for work. He is a rather blunt man, and quite grumpy compared to the Cyrodiilic Dunmers, but he is rather friendly comoarred to most of his native-born kinsmen.
After realising that his house had fallen into ruin and the coming crisis he took up the couse for the good of all.
He favors a sword-n-board fighting-style combined with heavy armor.

I wonder what would happen if he met Chani Belavyn, my House Telvanni member, intentionally jailed in the IC so she could eventually infiltrate the courts and return Morrowind to it's former independence.
