Why these would make a great location:

Japan is a suitable location for hardcoe mode since they aren't allowed to carry guns, In Normal mode, we can say they revolted against American rule.

Texas could be a good location because there could be a cold war between Mexico and Texas, which started because Mexico blamed the US for the Great War.

New weapons:

Katanas, samurai swords, ninja blades and outfits. Japanese rifles etc.

What do you guys reccommend?

I think the japs would be pissed if it was in japan cause you know ww2...nukes... Hiroshima and naka saki

Yeah,in the Japanese version of Fallout 3 they had to change the name of the Fat Man.

I think the Commonwealth would be the perfect setting for Fallout 4. It shouldn't be in any other country, and they need a new engine. Plain and simple.

in the jap version of f3 they removed being able to blow up the nuke
