I'm currently using a custom race that i created.I use the type 3 body i was wondering is it possible to add dust anf grime (Such as dust and grime from no real sorce of clean water and soap)(Soap i have never seen that) textures to the game.I've been using the GECK and getting not bad with it but i see no way to add the dust and grime from the waste. I have seen custom raider textures for dust and grime. Don't get me wrong the custom bodies and textures are very well done.But i think the waste could use some dusty and grimy people. China.

You could make your custom race use the Raider textures, or if you have a program like GIMP or Photoshop, you could look into customizing your current body textures with some grunge brushes (loads of nice free ones on deviantArt) for a dirtier appearance. I've been using them a lot lately in my own retexture work.
