Here's the story: I got radiated so I got cured(not healed, the dialogue was like I'm sick can you heal me blah, blah..) by the Doc in Vault 15. After that I traveled back to NCR(which is like 2-3 days I guess on foot. my car broke down.), to my surprise my Strength dropped to 2(originally 4) and my carry weight to 75 when I arrived. I tried to sleep but it won't do anything. Whenever I wake up it says on my screen: "You are hemorrhaging violently. You are very sick, and your hair is falling out." Any suggestions guys? What should I do to restore my strength back?

Go to a merchant and trade in most items for caps then go to the doctor in the first district and get cured or buy radaways.
