I mean theres been alot of stuff about the demo not coming out but splash damage has not officially straight up said "There will be no demo at all" right? Just very vague like they are probably not going to have a demo so there is still a chance right?

Seems very unlikely. Chances are it would have been announced if their was going to be one by now. Since usually demos come out just a few weeks before the game comes out and were at that stage now. Unless they decide to do a demo after the game gets released, which I never really understood but whatever.

I would love to play a demo. And as far as im concerned demos are good because they can make last minute adjustments to the game before release.

and i sure wouldnt mind playing the game for free before release ^_^

There was also no plans to move the release date up to May 10th. But its still happening. I figure if its going to happen it will by the end of this week.

Well there is a difference between saying something isn't gonna happen, and not saying it isn't gonna happen.
Like if I said, I'm not a brony, which I am, that would mean I am not,
But if I never said I wasn't or was a brony, there's a chance I could become one. Which I am.
