[REL] Garak's Staff Replacer Grab, Hold&Decay

Post » Tue May 17, 2011 12:07 pm

It's been a while since the last installment of my Staff Replacer Series was released, but since the obvious elementals have been done before, this one gets interesting - well, at least I hope so.

Let's start with some screens:

or maybe you want to see the readme:
************************************************************************************* Garak's Staff Replacer: Grab, Hold & Decay V1.0 by Elim Garak*************************************************************************************This Replacer upgrades the models of the Telekinesis, Silence, Paralysis, Soultrap and Desintegrate Armor/Weapon Staffs with animated an particle enchanced versions. Noother properties but the look are changed. In contrast to earlier editions of Garak's Staff replacer, this one has an additional feature: Rindir's Staffs in the Market District of the Imperial City features a new chest labeled "Staff Accumulation Device" which, after being fed with a set of certain Staffs, will produce an Artefact named "Staff of Rainbows". This staff will hit its victims with a vast range of effects - most of the time damaging, but sometimes as well buffing or healing or just plain whacky - give it a try! Please note: the Staff of Soultrap is only available in game through the mages guild staff quest or, as a cheat, in a cell named "TestEnchanted".If you liked this, please have a look at it's predecessors:Garak's Staff Replacer Fire&Ice: http://www.planetoblivion.de/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=528Garak's Staff Replacer Blood&Lightning:http://www.planetoblivion.de/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=631Garak's Staff Replacer Daedric Artefacts:http://www.planetoblivion.de/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=725*************************************************************************************Requirements:TES IV Oblivion patched to V1.2.0416*************************************************************************************Installation:Unpack to your Oblivion/Data Folder, preserving the archive's folder structure. Downloaded. Also downloaded the Daedric artefacts replacer, as I hadn't seen that one before. Already have the first two!

in case anyone downloaded the german edition: there was a mistake in the package, the esp was mostly english - i fixed that now, you can get a fix on the http://www.planetoblivion.de/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=1584&Itemid=72

that mistake ONLY affects the german edition - so no action required if you got yourself the english edition!

I've done a little upgrade to the weakest part of the series: the http://www.planetoblivion.de/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=631&Itemid=73 edition V1.5 now features second generation particles - the http://www.planetoblivion.de/images/stories/plugins/ev/Ruestungen/bloodstaff_new.jpgdoesn't really show it...
