I know the Bonus HtH Damage perk applies because it says it in the description (+2 points of damage for hand-to-hand and melee attacks (including Melee attacks!) but i just wanted to know if Bonus HtH Attack's and Slayer also apply to melee?

I believe slayer does; bonus H2H doesn't, because it's focused on using your hands and feet.
