I Like The Look Of the amber armour the whole orange glass thing looks cool to me, but im wondering is there actually any easy way to get it on the 360 apart from going to wherever
plus i dont even know where to go to get the amber stuff for the armor

Amber can be found in some of the caves on SI and by killing Knarls....when you're in the caves you'll sometimes see blue or orange glowy things floating around and when you see them there is either amber or madness ore close to them...i believe the orange 'fireflies' like things are close to amber

as for the matrices idk

What I do when in your situation is be a little cheat and duplicate one piece of amber. You can do that, if you don't mind a little bit of cheating.

If you want it, go to SI. Amber isn't too hard to find in Mania, but the matrices for the enchanted pieces can be.

If you don't want to put any effort into it though, you're out of luck. It's not available anywhere but being made in SI.
