Good graphics card that will run FO3?

... Preferably on the recommended settings. I'm primarily a console player, so I don't know much at all about this stuff. I recently found this site that tells you whether or not your PC can run a specific game, and found that most games (Including FO3) I could not run because of my graphics card. So, I'm hoping that somebody could point me in the direction of a decent, affordable graphics card. Preferably, not too much more than $100 (Not sure if that's unreasonable or not). I thought this one: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6976278&csid=ITD&body=REVIEWS#tabs Looked pretty good, but I have no idea if it's compatible with my PC or not.

We need a DxDiag and your power supply Wattage. Google them if you dont know what they are or how to get them.

DxDiag is DirectX 11. Having some trouble finding the PSW though, is "AC Input" the same thing? if so, this is what it reads: 100-127V ~ 6.0A

Nope, that's different. The only way is to open up your case and find the wattage reading on the side of your power source unit (PSU). You're in the right spot because the AC plugs directly into the PSU.
