I recently found this site that tells you whether or not your PC can run a specific game, and found that most games (Including FO3) I could not run because of my graphics card. DxDiag is DirectX 11. Having some trouble finding the PSW though, is "AC Input" the same thing? if so, this is what it reads: 100-127V ~ 6.0A

Nope, that's different. The only way is to open up your case and find the wattage reading on the side of your power source unit (PSU). You're in the right spot because the AC plugs directly into the PSU.
