Grove of Reflection : IV

Good afternoon. I am not able to get the journal entry or the shadow doppelganger in the grove for "Symbols of Office" quest. I have used all the suggestions that I have been able to find, and they are not working (IE; going in naked and armored). Is there anything else, short of uninstalling SI and reinstalling, that I can do? I have the most current patches and my character is at level 201. Thanks.

The wiki says that the obelisk should activate automatically once you are in close proximity. Maybe you′ve been too far away?

Thanks for the reply. I have been right on top of the Standing Stone and have clicked on it without success.
