Unaware that this was some sort of bug, I saved out front a locked Mystic Emporium as a 50% vampire in broad daylight before busting down the door with a lockpick. Upon entering I got a bounty so I thought I'd try it again but in stealth to avoid it, but for whatever reason the saved game now crashes every time I try to load it, even the autosave which is actually indoors, although I guess my character still must have been taking damage during that split second when the autosave did it's thing. My other character's file works fine naturally so I assume it's some sort of bug that did this, but I'm pretty delirious because this character was the most advanced, and also the only one without a second saved game. Please, if anyone has been in this same situation/ knows what causes it/ knows how I can fix it before I hurl my computer out the window, that would really be great. Thanks.

Saves while taking damage are known to have a high risk of corruption, nothing to be done about it.

You should always keep multiple saves, also switch off autosave since these are also prone to corruption,

Arg how unfortunate, that's a multitude of hours of my life gone I'll never see again. -__-
