Lastest films I have watched was Star Wars (all but Phantom Menace, I only have it on video tape and have yet to upgrade). Serious question here, who here hasn't seen Star Wars?

Gonna watch Alien tomorrow.

Alien vs Ninja (2010)

A Japanese take on the Aliens vs Predator movie.

A Science Fiction, Comedy, Fantasy low budget movie which is not meant to be taken seriously. The "Toxic Avenger" of the Aliens and Predator movies if you will. For the most part, it is a good movie which sometimes drags on a bit. Funny in parts here and there and this film is best described if you actually see it. What made me intrigued was the plot,

A band of ninja warriors, led by an Iga Ninja named Yamata, witness a giant ball of fire drop from the sky and crash into the forest. When the warriors find and attempt to identify the object, they discover aliens that attack and feast on them. Yamata and the survivors swear vengeance, but in challenging the aliens, they learn that their weapons have no effect.

A good recommendation if you do like/enjoy cheese and low budget movies.

Wow I have'nt posted on these forums in a long time so Hi everybody! But I recently bought Omega Man, The Abyss and The Planet of the Apes(the original because the new one is dumb). I have to be honest Omega Man made me sad for Charlten Heston (again) and The Abyss well it was my first time seeing it and all I got to say is woah what a trip oh yeah and I finally bought Planet Terror im so happy, its one of my favorites!

The Town is my new favorite movie. I definitely recommend it.
Takers was pretty good.
The Social Network was good, but too long.

I saw The Social Network, Unstoppable, and Due Date on the plane. They were all pretty forgettable.

The best movie I've seen recently is Batman: Under the Red Hood. It's superior in every way to The Dark Knight which everyone creams their pants over just because Heath Ledger died. It's dark, has lots of intrigue, and a brilliant Joker.

I went an saw True Grit, I reccommend it. It was a little off-beat at the very end for me. Also you'll need to pay a bit of attention with the southern dialect and some sayings may go over your head if your not accustomed to them.

I actually saw the original and much preferred the remake. Original was just to goofy and other things.

I think the most recent movie I saw was Kung Fu Hustle. The creator of that movie needs to get involved in video games.

I just got back from watching Tron Legacy in 3D or rather Real D 3D and I loved it, it was everything I expected it to be plus it helps to read the graphic noval Tron Betrayal and play the game Tron Evolution.

Why? I love (good) war films and even some not so good ones. I've seen all those, plus lots of Civil War & other war films.

It wasn't fiction, but hubby & I were watching a documentary tonight called ... uh ... oh heck can't remember, it was on HBO, about a fairly recent Middle-East mission. It was fascinating. The war documentary cameraman has balls of steel.

I saw Devil the other day (the elevator movie). It was better than I expected, tho the ending was a bit weak. M. Night didn't actually direct it, so maybe that's why it wasn't too bad.

Harold and Maude, Purple Rain, I don't think anyone but Prince could've gotten away with a film like that in the time period it was in,
