Westly, have you seen the Eyes for Better Heads mod?

It makes NPCs seem a lot more real:

Its more a matter of taste. I think there pretty cool myself, but that's just me. Its also up to Westly whether he wants to do optional heads if he's using those head meshes here - seeing as Dunmer have the most heads out of every race that's a lot of work for just optionals, although I understand why people might want the choice.

You're doing a great job Westly.

I just have one suggestion.
The face shape of each race in vanilla MW is typical, they have very distinctive features.
But when I look at your screenshots, the mesh lifting you've done make them all (except orcs) look like real humans, as in RL.
Moreover, they now look like models: too perfect for me.
I don't know if TES lore tells something specific about that, but I give you my feeling based on my MW experience.

In all cases, thank you for the beautiful mods you've done and you're doing.
Keep up the good work.
