Wtf. I don't want to be stressed 'cause I can't pay my in-game bills and have my in-game wife [censored] at me about facing in-game eviction! Skyrim would inevitably suffer a mass homocide. But the idea of implementing real-estate into the game would be pretty sweet. Buy lots, construct shops, get a cut of whatever they make. Buy a lot, build a house, rent it out. That would be a pretty cool system.
