New Orleans and the south in general is the perfect setting for a Fallout title its offers swamps that add new creatures and already has a notion for having accents and crazy characters, new orleans has gambling, voodoo, bourbon street, mardi gras, corruption, gangs, jazz, and would offer something other than a barren desert.

I'd be happy to play this. Back before most of you were born, I lived in Biloxi MS and spent every weekend in Nawlins: New Orleans is a great place. Very iconic. I can see the Ghouls running through the cemeteries now.
