High Res Mod Needed : Fallout 3

Hello fellow FO3 players, I am looking for a mod that has the best high res textures and models for the game. I have found one I like but it involves downloading so many freaking rar files. Can anyone help me please.

If you refer to NMC's pack, that would be your only option. If anyone has a mirror for that it would help, but those are still the best textures for the game world.

It would be sweet if someone had it all in one big .rar or torrent. Any idea where I could get?

The only option I could find was a torrent. Alas, that one now has no seeds. So just grasp that nettle and load these files and rename them, if that's necessary. ^_^

Well I downloaded this

, and when I extracted any of these I get this
